Well done everyone!
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and also congratulate you all for your hard work, and for coming in for all the group meetings. I hope you were all happy with the project and it's outcome, and I hope I didn't disappoint you as a group leader :)

Render settings for After Effects
Hi all,
When you are going to export an After Effects composition to a .mov file, please use these specifications.
Compression Type= Apple Intermediate Codec
Frame Rate= Current / 25 FPS
Preset= 1080p
Dimensions= 1920 x 1080 HD
Make sure Sound and Prepare Internet Streaming are unchecked!

Current Roles
As things stand, various members of the group have been assigned roles and tasks (some which will need to be completed by tomorrow - Wednesday 10th March) whilst others will take a little longer.
Will: Animating the creature.
Matt: 3D shot blockouts. Lighting/Shadows.
Ed: 3D shot blockouts. Modelling an industrial bin.
James: 3D shot blockouts. Matchmoving and Green screen shots.
Perri:
Nat: 3D shot blockouts. Modelling the underground garage scene. Modelling stairwell scene.
Once the animating is completed we can focus more on the compositing stages, and create render passes to use when compositing in After Effects.

3D Blocking from Video Footage
Following a group meeting, Will is going to focus on animating, whilst the rest of the group is going to start on blocking out buildings, walls and the floor planes in the recorded footage. That way Matt will be able to start looking at lighting and also shadows.
